Description
In the 1890s, Standard Vacuum Oil Company began marketing kerosene to China's large population of close to 400 million as lamp fuel while encouraging Chinese farmers to switch from vegetable oil to kerosene. Response was positive, sales boomed and China became Standard Oil's largest market in Asia. Present days, your headquarters gave to your group a mission: reverse the kerosene’s hegemony and introduce in the market a brand new Non-toxic, Smokeless and Non-Hazardous lamp Oil. But a Key ingredient to make this new Fuel has been lost. The scientist who discovered the formula and his trader’s friend disappeared in 1932 and was last seen on the Bund. Retrace the Trader’s steps and find clues which will lead you to find the missing ingredient.
Geared with a set of clues, this adventure (Treasure Hunt mode) will take you around town to collect clues to help you open the KLUEBOX. After gathering a few (or all), you can switch to an Escape Game mode and start deciphering your clues. But instead of escaping a room, you’ll need to open all doors of the KLUEBOX and finally be able to grab your treasure buried deep within. The first team to open the last door on their KLUEBOX wins!
No problem, our Field Agents will be your eyes on the ground. The work will be done by you, but they'll extend your team -by helping you search information around the place.
